Legally, I must state that readings are for entertainment purposes only. Please note that during your reading, information may be received that you may not necessarily want to hear or be happy with. If there are any particular areas that you would like to remain excluded from your reading, please be sure to disclose this prior to your reading.

By purchasing a service, you agree that you are over the age of 18 and you claim full responsibility for the choices and the actions based on your reading. Similarly, when booking in a cleanse, you agree that this is not a substitution for any legal, financial, health, business or psychological advice. Any physical cleanses that are performed are not to be treated as a replacement for modern medicine/mental health plans.

By agreeing to book in a service, you understand that you have also agreed to all the terms as stated above.

Cancellation policy

If you are planning on booking in a service, please make sure you read our cancellation policy in full before doing so.

Due to an increasing number of bookings, all cancellations or rescheduling must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you choose to cancel and do so within the 48 hour time frame, your payment will be refunded in full. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to an appointment, a refund will not be given.

Please make sure you are only booking in a time that you know you are able to make it to your appointment. If you are not able to make it within that time, you are still able to reschedule but please ensure you are giving as much notice as possible.

If Michael is unwell or has a personal matter to attend to you will be notified as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment outside of normal hours. If a date or time doesn’t work for you will be offered a full refund.

Wherever possible, we are more than happy to accommodate by trying to reschedule an appointment if needed, but it is not guaranteed.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped using Sendle - an Australian shipping company that is 100% carbon neutral.

As this is a door-to-door service, orders can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. For any international shipping to countries that are not stated upon checkout, please contact us.

Orders can be expected to be received between 2-10 days after being placed depending on your location. Any delays that occur may be due to external factors.

If your order is damaged during transit, a return can be organised in exchange for a replacement or a refund. Please note that refunds are not offered on a change of mind basis.
